The entire shipping timeframe is between 12 ~ 24 business days, which means it may take 45 days or more. However, our customers have reported that it usually takes less than 2 weeks for their order to arrive, and sometimes sooner than that. Although it is highly dependent on the country you reside and its customs policies, we’ll try to get your product out of the door as soon as possible.

At the top of the checkout window, or on the side of your shopping cart, click on Coupon to expand the entry box, enter your code in the box, then click on “Apply”. You should see the TOTAL PRICE change, reflecting the discount.
If you’ve checked “Create an account” box during the checkout process, you’ll be able to find your orders by going into your account; just click on My Account at the upper-right corner of the website and find the <ORDER> button where you’ll see all of your orders.
You should also get a copy with the details of your order in your email inbox. If it is not there, please check your spam/junk folders just to be sure. 99% of the time you’ll find our emails there.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
